The North Lambton Community Health Centre provides quality primary health care and health promotion and disease prevention programs and services to the community. A multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, registered dietitians, certified diabetes educators, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and respiratory therapist provides primary health care services to registered clients. (If you need a family physician and wish to become a registered client of the Centre, please ask reception for a client application form.)

The following health promotion and disease prevention services are available, free of charge, to everyone in the community:
